Our visit to DisneylandŽ Paris 2003

Air France Disneyland here we come

On our way on board the Air France flight, children were given Disney packs to keep them entertained.

Shave Required

Darren and Joanne with 4 year old Brandon sat in the row in front of us. Brandon sat with Mandy and I for the take-off, we pretended to be pilots.

Snow is falling

The little white dots is the artificial snow falling

The Sword in the stone

Brandon, without prompting jumped up and wanted to know if he was the choosen one. (A lot of adults tried too)

Planet Hollywood

The five of us enjoying a meal at the Planet Hollywood.

Mini at the Hotel Cheyenne

Every day a Disney Character would be present in the reception area for the children to meet and if required, have photographs taken.

Days gone by

Experience the ride in a Horse drawn Tram.

Watering Hole

Every day we were in the park, we would call in here for a nice drink of Cappacino.

Haunted House

Dare you enter the haunted house? Visit at dusk for the greater experience

Brandon meets Woody's girlfriend

We tried to get Brandon to meet the characters, but he was too shy, apart from Woody's girlfriend that is.

Smile Please

The characters are very entertaining to watch and will pose, children are invited to collect autographs of the characters. Make sure the child approches from the front as vision is impaired in the costumes.

Where do you want to go Brandon?

Brandon on his first visit aged 3 replied "Disneyland" and pointed in the direction of the picture.

Fairytale Castle

To Brandon this fairytale castle was Disneyland and it looks like it as come straight out of book.

Chuck Wagon

The theme of the Hotel Cheyenne is the wild west and dining is in the Chuck Wagon, Brandon is seen here playing on the chuck wagon with other children. Language barriers seem not to exist for children

Cowboy Brandon

Brandon is all set for going into the salon, having a drink of sarsaparilla and flirting with the young ladies.

We traveled by Air France from Manchester to Charles De Gaulle Airport Paris. A VEA bus picked us up and dropped off at different hotels. We had booked the Hotel Cheyenne and hence embarked there. The Christmas Spectacular lived up to it's name. Brandon my Nephew as you can see in the photographs loved his second visit to Disneyland Paris. Artificial snow would fall as you walked along main street adding to the magic.

We also fancied traveling on the Chunnel to Disneyland. However living in the North of England thought the traveling might have been a little too much for Brandon.

One way to get over to France is with P&O Ferries
