  • Video output (Bore people with pictures shown on TV)

  • USB2.0 Output ( Connect to a PC)

  • Pictbridge Compatible (Allows images to be printed on some newer printers without a computer in site)

  • Comes with 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 lens (A general purpose lens )

  • Uses CF cards (The images are stored on removal cards that are called Compact Flash or CF cards with varying capacities)

More Details

Never used a SLR let alone a digital SLR, fear not? The camera is simple to use. Within 2 minutes of opening the box I had my first test picture.

Benefit of having 8 mega pixels is that you can always extract a better picture (see Below)

Too Far

The pigeon was basking in the sun, however I could not get any nearer. I would not take the picture. Having 8 mega pixels I thought OK try it

Using PhotoPlus I cut out this from the picture on the left. Had I had a Zoom lens on the camera I would have taken this picture.
